Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
To receive your returns label, please email us using the contact form above, including your order number and stating your reason for returning. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

If you're eyeing a product before it hits our shelves, pre-ordering is the way to go. Here's what you need to know:
- How does it work?
Simply select the item you wish to pre-order and proceed to checkout. Your payment will be processed immediately, and we'll notify you once the item is in stock and ready for dispatch or pick up.
- When will I receive it?
Usually 1-2 working days after arrival at our store, depending on delivery chosen.
- Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once a pre-order is placed, it's processed immediately to secure your item. Therefore, we're unable to cancel or modify pre-orders. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer support team.
- What if there's a delay?
While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we'll promptly notify you of any changes to the expected delivery date.
- Can I "Pick Up" a pre-order?
Yes, choose "Pick Up," and we'll alert you when it's arrived in-store.
- Ordering Mixed Items?
In-stock items and pre-order items in the same order will be shipped out together. For a streamlined process, both will be on their way once the pre-order item arrives. If you prefer separate deliveries, kindly place pre-orders and in-stock items in separate transactions.
