The Apico / Goldfren 173 rear brake pads are a high-quality replacement for trials bikes fitted with the AJP or Braktec 2-pot rear caliper. Built using Goldfren’s durable compound, these pads give reliable bite and smooth braking control across all conditions, from slippery streams to steep rock sections.
If your bike runs the traditional AJP/Braktec 2-pot rear brake (common on older and mid-range trials models), the 173 shape is the correct fitment.
