Gaerne Balance XTR Trials Boots are lightweight, waterproof trials boots designed for riders looking for excellent feel, flexibility and control on the bike. Made in Italy, the Balance XTR combines Gaerne’s renowned trials boot construction with a waterproof Drytech membrane and high-grip gum rubber sole.
The microfibre upper is designed to provide durability without restricting movement, while an anatomically shaped PU shin plate offers additional support and can be adjusted through three positions for a more personalised fit. Reinforcement around the toe and malleolus provides protection in key areas, with strategically positioned microfibre inserts helping the boot flex naturally while riding.
Three lightweight aluminium buckles provide a secure, adjustable closure, complemented by a Velcro upper strap for fine-tuning the fit around the calf.
Inside, Gaerne’s Drytech waterproof membrane helps keep your feet dry and comfortable in wet and muddy conditions – making the Balance XTR particularly well suited to year-round UK trials riding.
Underfoot, Gaerne’s specialist gum rubber trials sole delivers excellent grip on the footpegs while maintaining the feel and control trials riders need. The boots use Gaerne’s traditional Ideal construction method, developed over decades of Italian boot manufacturing, creating a durable sole structure that can also be resoled to help extend the life of the boots.
